Description of Program: The Children’s Home In–Home Community Placement Enhancement Program (C.P.E.P) provides respite services and behavioral support training for developmentally disabled (DD) youth and their families. A TCH behaviorist develops a thorough behavioral plan that aims to improve and enhance the level of independent functioning of the DD youth. Training is also provided to the parent or caretaker to help them deliver the plan.
