Kempte Cottage

This RTC living unit is one of our largest, located on our main campus and serves eleven boys ages 11-18. This dorm style setting allows for frequent peer interaction, supervised team building projects, and group education in a non-threatening, supportive environment. All services are provided on-site where youth receive individual therapy, group therapy, allied therapies, employment training and intramural programming. In accordance with the Sanctuary Model, youth will use the pillars of democracy, social responsibility, and open communication by planning activity schedules with the residential manager that will be posted on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Reily Cottage

Adams Cottage

Located within the local community of Mount Holly and adjacent to our main campus, this RTC living unit serves five boys ages 11-14. The townhome living unit is designed to resemble a home-like atmosphere, fostering a familial relationship between residents and staff. This type of setting allows for frequent peer interaction, supervised team building projects, and group education in a non-threatening, supportive environment. All services are provided on-site where youth receive individual therapy, group therapy, allied therapies, employment training and intramural programming. In accordance with the Sanctuary Model, youth will use the pillars of democracy, social responsibility, and open communication by planning activity schedules with the residential manager that will be posted on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Dobbins Cottage

Located adjacent to our main campus, Dobbins cottage serves five boys ages 11-18, focusing on Substance Abuse related struggles and diagnoses. Youth are referred to The Children’s Home RTC program and those that are in need of more intense substance abuse services may be placed in Dobbins. Related services include individual and group therapy focusing on sobriety, the change cycle and psycho education related to illegal or mood-altering substances as well as legal ramifications and the effects of their past use. The program is designed to work with youth closely who are having difficulty maintaining sobriety and who are preparing to return to their home environments or a less restrictive setting upon discharge.

Semple Cottage

Located in Mount Holly within the local community, this Independent Living Style housing unit serves four boys ages 15-18. Youth are required to perform such tasks grocery shopping, laundry, cooking, and banking. Semple Cottage is used as an advanced level of our RTC care, where prospective youth must apply and receive letters of recommendation from staff across departmental lines. All youth are required to maintain part-time employment. Youth can petition for and receive time limited independent travel within the local community.

Lumberton Cottage

Located in suburban Lumberton Township, this RTC living unit serves five girls ages 11-18. This ranch style home provides a home-like setting for residents to address their individual treatment goals. This type of setting allows for frequent peer interaction, supervised team building projects, and group education in a non-threatening, supportive environment. All services are provided on-site where youth receive individual therapy, group therapy, allied therapies, employment training and intramural programming. In accordance with the Sanctuary Model, youth will use the pillars of democracy, social responsibility, and open communication by planning activity schedules with the residential manager that will be posted on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The girls are provided individualized and group instruction on hygiene, cooking, cultural tolerance, and self-awareness.

Anderson Cottage

This RTC living unit is located on our main campus in Mount Holly, NJ serving five girls ages 13-17. This townhome style living unit provides a home-like setting for residents to address their individual treatment goals. This type of setting allows for frequent peer interaction, supervised team building projects, and group education in a non-threatening, supportive environment. All services are provided on-site where youth receive individual therapy, group therapy, allied therapies, employment training and intramural programming. In accordance with the Sanctuary Model, youth will use the pillars of democracy, social responsibility, and open communication by planning activity schedules with the residential manager that will be posted on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The girls are provided individualized and group instruction on hygiene, cooking, cultural tolerance, and self-awareness.

Ryann House

Located in Robbinsville, NJ this RTC living unit serves five girls ages 12-15. The program’s treatment approach will individually address the behavioral symptoms and the co-morbidity of psychiatric diagnoses, relationship dysfunction regarding attachment issues, cognitive distorted thought processes, and learning disorders. The programs modalities will individually address the behavioral and emotional symptoms as well as the co-morbidity of any possible psychiatric diagnoses. Youth will also participate in groups three times a week with LSW and Residential Manager. Youth will rotate through three 8-10 week group therapy curriculums in the areas of Relationship Building, Emotional Regulation, and Coping Skills. The youth placement in these groups will be indentified at admission based upon child’s needs and progress to completion of groups will be reviewed monthly.
